  • Pass Pickup Procedure

    We do not mail passes.

    Three Ways to Redeem Your Pass:

    • Email Photos & Birthdates
      Send current photos and birthdates to info@skicherrypeak.us.
      Once your passes are printed, you will receive a personal email letting you know they are ready for pickup at the outside ticketing window.

    • Use Last Year’s Photos
      Email us requesting that we use last year’s photos.
      We will send you a personal email once the passes are printed and ready for pickup.

    • Schedule an In-Person Photo Appointment
      Call us to schedule a time to come up, take your photos, and have your passes printed on the spot.
      (Please make sure waivers are signed ahead of time.)

    Pickup Location:
    Passes will be available for pick up at Cherry Peak at the outside ticketing window.
    (Previously picked-up passes are located in the Cherry Peak Lodge – Basement Floor.)

    Parent/Guardian Pickup Requirements:

    • If a parent is picking up a pass for a minor (under 18), we must already have a current photo on file.

    • The parent picking up must be legally able to sign the waiver.

    Vouchers:
    Vouchers for Sleigh Rides will be emailed upon request after purchase.

    • No blackout dates
    • All sales are final
    • No refunds will be given regardless of weather and/or snow conditions
    • We don't leave things entirely to Mother Nature. We make snow on the mountain and groom our main runs, so you can have an awesome ski experience even if it's not snowing in the valley.
