Frequently asked questions
What do I get as a VIP?
The VIP and Pit seating areas are nearest to the stage and only available to VIP concert goers.
Additionally, hors d'oeuvres and soft drinks will be provided while supplies last.
VIP seating will only be allowed up to two hours before show time.
For concerts without a Pit area, these two areas are combined for a larger VIP seating area. Most VIP tickets include a lawn/camp style chair (not included in the Pit area *CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PIT AREA*).
Check your ticket purchase to see if your ticket qualifies for the free chair rental. You may bring your own seating, but see requirements below.
Seating within the VIP section is on a first come/first served basis, so arrive early for the best possible seat.
What kind of seating can I bring?
Please see the diagram below for chair regulations. Please note, standard lawn or camp chairs do not meet these regulations.
Regulation chairs will be available at the venue for a small additional fee. Limited space will be available in an area that will not obstruct the view of others for individuals with mobility or other impairments or for senior citizens who need to bring their own chairs that do not fit within the regulations.
See a facility representative for assistance. Please abide by these regulations because this additional space is limited.
You may also choose to lay out a reasonable space on blankets for your group, but we reserve the right to limit your space to accommodate other guests.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse any ticket purchaser that does not meet these guidelines.
How does general admission seating work in the A Section and B section?
General admission seating space is virtually unlimited and includes the grassy area behind the VIP seating and beyond.
Most concerts include two General Admission areas (General Admisison area A and General Admission area B) with the area closer to the stage available at a slightly higher cost.
You are welcome to bring your own blankets or regulation lawn/camp chairs for seating. See "What kind of seating can I bring?"
We do ask that you don’t take up an unreasonable amount of space for either chairs or blankets and we reserve the right to limit the size and number of blankets as we see fit in order to best accomodate all guests.
We also ask that you limit the size of the chairs that you bring so that the view of guests behind and around you isn’t obscured. Limited seating will be available for individuals with disabilites or conditions that may require seating not in compliance with the chair regulations.
Please see a member of the Cherry Peak staff upon arrival for assistance. Please carry out everything that you carry in to help keep our facility clean.

How does parking work?
Gold or Silver parking passes (for parking near the lodge) are available on a limited basis for each concert or as a season pass for all summer shows. They may be purchased online with your tickets or in person but are anticipated to sell out quickly for most concerts.
Your parking ticket will be scanned on arrival to the parking area of your choosing, so make sure you bring your tickets with you. Tickets are not reusable. Only one check-in per parking pass will be allowed at a time.
You may check out with an attendant if you need to leave the lot and return later, but you'll be scanned in again upon your return.
Parking tickets can be scanned from an electronic device, but please note you need a copy saved to your device for this to work, as you aren't likely to be able to access the internet on site.
We recommend printing hard copies of tickets if possible to ensure they work properly at our venue.
Bronze parking with shuttle service to and from the concert area is available at locations further down the canyon for a fee of $10.
We encourage you to purchase all parking ahead of time for quickest entry and to ensure all guests can arrive on time.
How does ticket check-in work?
Via email, you'll be issued tickets after your purchase.
We recommend printing the tickets out prior to the show.
Digital tickets can be scanned, but please ensure you save a copy of the tickets to your device in a place that's easy to access on your phone or device because
you are unlikely to have Internet access at the venue.
All tickets are scanned at the gate to check you in and
you'll receive an arm-band for easy coming and going from that point forward.
If you print multiple tickets, only one entry will be allowed on that ticket regardless.
How do you accommodate people with mobility impairments?
If you or a member of your party has mobility impairments, accomodations will be made for seating a wheelchair accessible area.
This includes both general admission areas as well as th VIP seating area. Notify a parking attendant or other member of the Cherry Peak staff upon arrival for further assistance.
You may also call Cherry Peak Customer Service at 435-200-5050 in advance to arrange for special accomadations.
